Colorized and classic black & white version of Antagonist for your pleasure! He's using his own voice pack, new hands texture also included.

How to:
Click on "Subscribe" button, wait for a while, then run "Postal 2" game.
In main menu, select "New Game" > "Workshop...", open the "Mods section and choose "NOTIM PORTANT" or "NOTIM PORTANT (Black & White)". Press Start and you're good to go!
Please don't combine these two mutators!
