Wilmington by Aureliaskhan

Here's Wilmington, NC. I'll say that I've already started playing this map before I decided (was encouraged) to publish it. Therefore, the MLK Highway and College Rd have been upgraded (via plans from the NCDOT website). I did try to do the wetland thing and Im ehh. Other than that, enjoy!

@Doodwat I feel the same way BUT there has to be a balance between that and having an 81-tile city with sparse development due to the limits in the game. I can show you better that I can tell give me a day or two..
