Description
Allows players to broadcast their text as a voice (mono or 3D). Support yandex and google api. Yandex api has 6 voices. Google api has 1 voice.

  1. Example - Yandex (Oksana) [tts.voicetech.yandex.net]
  2. Example - Yandex (Zahar) [tts.voicetech.yandex.net]
  3. Example - Google (idk) [translate.google.com]

Settings
!speech or /speech allows open menu (in to chat).
