Lowest Spec Mod

Description
Version of Low Spec Mod with Nominal Distance Scaler(option that changes when to load some stuff on track) set to 0.7. Even less detail in distance of you, even better FPS!(I think...) This is really the lowest possible graphics you can have if you want to have the game playable.
This mod is compatible with Multiplayer

@FredMichalBear, this is the lowest you can go and still have the game playable, you can try to mess around with the file your self but i doubt youll get much more fps from it.
