Description
Makes the map look nicer.

Compatible with Multiplayer and submods like Kaiserredux, does not affect checksum.
Now compatible with patch 1.16.* and the new Russian rework.

true I guess... but I have yet to seen a state rework mod for KR in general, and the current states aren't exactly the best especially when it comes to stuff like verviers, western thrace, eastern europe, etc...
