Atlantic Remix Map

Description
WARNING: Not currently functional due to Firaxis' garbage modding support. Am trying to fix.

Vanadius' Atlantic Ocean map from Civ5, resurrected and rebuilt for Civ6. There are two versions, TSL and Blank (RDM)

From California to Pakistan, Chile to Siberia, there are several theatres here to stake your claim.

In the North Sea, England and Scotland fight over the British isles, whilst across from them, three rising powers are competing for naval supremacy in a frozen but resource-rich land.

Further south, Berlin struggles to consolidate the Holy Roman Empire, either through conquest or diplomacy, fearing their rival of France in the west, but more so the Slavic nations of the east, who are preoccupied claiming vast swaths of territory for their massive empires.

Further still, it's a cutthroat race between Rome and Carthage to take control of the Mediterranean, whilst France and Spain rush to fortify their southern coasts before they are drawn into the conflict.

In the Balkans, the Greek states of Athens, Byzantium, and Macedon maintain an uncomfortable peace, protected from eachother by the mountainous terrain, but are any of them prepared to deal with the rising power of the Turks to the east?

In the islands of habitable land interspersed throughout the unforgiving desert, Egypt maintains control of the valuable Nile delta, whereas, to the south and east, bloody conflicts take place over the remaining fertile lands between Nubia and Ethiopia, and Sumeria and Persia respectably.

In lands far beyond the reach of these petty states, the Timurid empire is enjoying a renaissance in science and culture in the city of Samarkand, but must constantly be wary of the Scythian hordes to the north, and the ancient Indian empire to the east.

If any of these nations overcome their troubles at home, their waits a whole new world of discovery for them. Across the ocean, there exist a continent as of yet unknown to them, but if they wish to settle here, they must compete with the massive Aztec and Incan empires native the these lands. Across the Sahara are fertile floodplains, large savannas, and jungles rich in diamonds, already inhabited by the wealthy but weak kingdoms of Mali and the Kongo. Finally, in the northeast, vast swathes of territory remain unclaimed. Seize the vast resources stored under the earth here, if you can survive the frigid temperatures.
