And yes, I will agree GTA5 takes about 10 mins usually if I have it set to Online mode at startup. If I set it to Story mode it takes about 1 min.
I myself have not tried Tournament mode here yet. I better do it and see what it has to offer before they shut the servers down.

For a while, the game loading times got very long. Maybe they kept the number of files low to try to speed it up.
For art work, it might have been file sizes for the disks after they started releasing the game on Xbox and Playstation.
