New skin for Postal Dude. Just open Workshop menu and choose "Postal 4 Dude skin" in mods section.

Can I use it playing normally ?
Or can I only have it if I start the game from the workshop menu ?

I don’t understand why some mods are working in a normal game while others don’t…
