You need to drag 1930209384.vpk
from
"Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop"
into
"Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons"

(.vpk might has other numbers, sort files by date or search it by image)

Then unsubscribe so there aren't any conflicting files!
