Cannibals Expanded No Cut Efficiency Patch

Description
This is a patch for Circumsoldier's "Cannibals Expanded" mod that removes the cut efficiency stat for all of the mod's armor, and adjusts the cut resistance stat in accordance with the formula developed by Lyston for the No Cut Efficiency mod.

A brief explaination:

By default, Kenshi's "Cut Efficiency" stat converts some cutting damage into blunt damage, and then you take that blunt damage directly. On paper this seems like it makes sense, but the game does not take layers into account when it decides to just give you that blunt damage, which leads to situations where you'd want outer later armor with low cut efficiency so that you take less blunt damage up front and the remaining damage has a chance to just be straight up ignored by your stronger inner layers. In this system, having a prototype dustcoat (or nothing at all) over your armor is better for your survival than having a masterwork grade dustcoat.

This formula aims to just simplify the whole system and remove some of that "more protection equals worse protection" nonsense. You may find the game is a little deadlier, especially when it comes to cutting weapons, but now those heavy armors are worth a lot more defensively.

FYI; If you use this mod it screws heavily with all animal & crossbow damage calculations, effectively rendering their damage moot.

You're basically cheating if you're fighting animals/monsters with this mod on.
