ARVn T1 Command Base

The Command Base is the most advanced ARV structure, combining features of the Command Center, Barracks, Vehicle Bay, and Starport.

The T1 Command Base is equipped with two Advanced Constructors, Housing Facilities for up to eight personnel, Storage capabilities for one Large and three Small Hover Vessels, as well as four Raptor-Class Small Vessels, and one Shuttle (on the landing pad).

Upon creation, the T1 Command Base is equipped with a T2 CPU, but only functioning at 81%. It can be upgraded to T3 by accessing the engineering chamber through a hatch in the Vehicle Docking Bay.
