1. Turn the igition on and make sure it stays on.
2. Make sure the throttle is at 0.10 or more (it should be at 0.18 by default).
3. Make sure the clutch is not engaged (0).
4. Hold the Start button for a brief moment, make sure you can hear the engines.
I loaded it from the workshop and followed the usual procedure and it worked.
If it still doesn't work for you let me know what steps you're taking. To be 100% just don't touch anything other than ignition and start. Ignition simply turns on the fuel pumps as well as a few other small things which allows the engine to start and run.
