Description :

Two huge underground hangers with a tunnel for HV access.
There’s plenty of space for smaller HV and SVs.
Living Quarters, Bar, Growing Plots, a room for Medical Facilities, Manufacturing Centre big enough for all Constructors and a Furnace, plenty of space for expansion and upgrades..
15 Large solar panels, I placed it on the equator on a planet with oxygen and as long as I remember to turn off everything when I’m not using it I run on 100% solar.
The only drawback is that when you spawn it you will need about two hours with a drill to clear out the rock!

Note that if you have CPU limits enabled the 12 turrets will push you just over T2.
