Description
This map took a LOT of time and effort to complete, so please enjoy it! Also, apologies for lengthy description, but its worth it.

HOW TO MAKE A GAME

To set up a game of Deathrun, you first will have to have the gamemode set to Team Deathmatch.
With Team Deathmatch set, make it so that team balancing is OFF! this is important cause there can only be one person who is Death in this. Also, if there is a TDM match timer, turn that off as well.
It is recommended to play this with friends and communicate in a voice chat too.
Note that this map is specifically designed for TDM.

GOALS:
As Death (The Man): Kill all other players
As Deathrunners (USC): Survive to the end

DOING A GAME

It is recommended to use the traps only once, but personal rules on that can vary. BUT, there are specific rules to note.
1) Deathrunners are not allowed to go ahead of Death
2) Death is like a dungeon Master, he can control who does and doesnt die
3) Game only ends if everyone is dead or deathrunners kill death in the final showdown arena
Now, as the game goes, the players will spawn where the blue area is. After spawning, any weapons they have on them will be removed from them. DO NOT make any weapon bans cause the final showdown is a battle. Each trap lasts a certain amount of time and will cause instantaneous death.

TRAPS
There are a ton of traps like i have stated earlier, so here is going to be a good description of all traps included

Trap room 1: Spikes
Number of Traps: 1
Death's Buttons: 0
Des: Just a straight foward run and hope you dont get shanked trap to start off the map

Trap room 2: Lasers
Number of Traps: 1
Death's Buttons: 1
Des: The matrix wont help you with the amount of lasers in this room

Trap room 3: Gas Chamber
Number of Traps: 2
Death's Buttons: 1
Des: A large empty room, what could go wrong? a lot actually. as soon as Death hits the button, the doorways to leave the room will be blocked by Lasers. leaving the Victim to die slowly

Trap room 4: Boom Room
Number of Traps: 1
Death's Buttons: 2 (One Resest)
Des: This room will also be known as the PC breaker because if you have a low grade PC, you may not be able to handle this room. Two lasers hit Barrels at the bottom of the room, lighting up and exploding all 216 barrels. and lets not forget about the fire hazard after those explosions either. this room is a single use room

Trap room 5: Indiana Jones Simulator
Number of Traps: 7 (Including your own faults for your unlucky deaths)
Death's Buttons: 5
Des: This room is the first of rooms that have multiple buttons. Sure, you have the spikes, axes, and conveyer belts, but there are still some unseen traps in this room. Purple Buttons activate a very hidden surprise if they are available on a trap

Trap room 6: IJS part 2
Number of Traps: 2
Death's Buttons: 2 (one reset)
Des: This is the second part of the Indiana Jones Simulator trap (IJS for short). It consists of moving platforms and spikes on the floor. but the middle platforms have a special secret

Trap room 7: Spike Jumper
Number of Traps: 3
Death's Buttons: 3
Des: Like the first room, only worse. You have to jump over spikes to get to safe zones on the other sides of them. but dont stand in these too long, or else!

Trap room 8: The Crusher
Number of Traps: 2
Death's Buttons: 2 (one reset)
Des: This is one that took me a while to set up. Moving platforms guide the victims to the Cieling slowly while Lasers block them from leaving. better say your prayers on the way up, cause seven seconds later, you'll be crushed by a line of doors

Trap room 9: Blade Run
Number of Traps: 3
Death's Buttons: 1
Des: This one also took a little crazy thinking, but it works. Swinging axes provide dual unded death areas, and since they can swing around randomly depending on how one enters the room, they can get a little wild. now, there is an area in the very middle to stand and contemplate your next decision, but dont stay too long, or death will give you a surprise

Trap room 10: Shark Tank
Number of Traps: 2
Death's Buttons: 0
Des: Swim from one side to the other while dodging the sharks. simple really

Trap room 11: Speedrun Walljumps
Number of Traps: 7
Death's Buttons: 1
Des: Quick thinking is key here. As you touch or get near some walls, you'll need to jump quick to avoid getting spiked. halfway through, Death will have a surprise

Trap room 12: The Gauntlet
Number of Traps: 20
Death's Buttons: 15 (Three Reset)
Des: The last thing the Players face before the Showdown. Surviving this will take everything you have to get to the end. but Death wont be so easy on you. With a combination of hidden surprises, weak flooring, tight platforming and quick manuevering, you'll be at the edge of your seat while running this part of the course

Now, there is one last special trap that i have added in that you will have to find on your own.

SHOWDOWN

The Showdown happens when there are players remaining at the end of all the traps. when this happens, the last set of teleporters will send the players and death to seperate spawn boxes with one way doors. Select your weapons, then exit the doors and fight to the death. Be careful though, once you exit the box, the door to it will lock you out after 30 seconds.

NOTES
Some of the contraptions in this are complex and hard to set up, but are worth it in the end. there are over 400 connections of logic gates, so this is a very complex system indeed. i have rigorously tested this map to make sure EVRYTHING works accordingly first time through. in some screenshots, i have provided the set ups for some of the traps i have made and a certain section that will keep players contained until Death has reached there area.
