Fixed SMOD SWEPs (full c-arms)

Description

This is a combination of https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=229580957 and https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1260632271 with full c-arms for the weapons.

I also fixed some issues with the weapons such as world models not showing on the player correctly, reload animations not playing properly and also some issues with multiplayer.

I didn't make these sweps, I only fixed them and added c-arms, credit goes to Anonymoscoot and Sidewinder.

Where to find them - go to "Weapons/Smod" tab.

it only shows gordon's hev c_hands now what happened? I tried with different c_hands but the hev hands are still there
