@macluk: I guess why some nations or areas treated some of their old buildings as unique ones due to its role and symbol to the nation's economy years back then. some old buildings that look fugly today were actually a design trend years ago. I think a good example of this is New York's "Flatiron Building"

@macluk: Thanks for the feedback, but this model is a part of the 1:1 scale project of Makati city, and we both know that growables are only limited to 4x4 lot, so I had to make it unique and just decrease the maintenance cost to only "2".

Sometimes i wonder... why some buildings are treated as unique ones. There is nothing unique about most of them put here - they look to me as any other socrealistic block of flats built in the 60s, 70s or 80s in the poorest nations at that time... just more light... and probably less space to live in (look at the best example: UK so called apartments).
Designed by some architect? Really? I wonder who wanted to pay for such designs.

I wouldn't mind them as just usual growables - they might as well have been done in hundreds or thousands copies in a city...

Sorry... just feeling let down by such cheap looking block of flats - and that's not even your fault - maybe just not a unique building, please
