2v2+ Observer UI 1440p

Description
Hi there,

As we all know the default observer UI is pretty awful. So Loggy and me (Ippert) decided to try and see if we can create a custom one which would actually be suited for RTS observing. And considering you are reading this now we have succeeded in creating something which is definitely better than the default one. Sadly we were severely limited with what we could do due to how the code works for the observer elements. So this UI is by no means on par with for example SC2 observer UIs.

WARNING : When you have this UI enabled you are unable to play yourself since a big portion of your HUD (most notably your resource counters) will be removed or adjusted. A couple of warnings have been implemented to remind you that you have this mod enabled so you don't accidentally play with it.

This UI is based on Ekanta's UI but has been modified to only include parts which serve a purpose while observing.

IMPORTANT: This UI is suited for 1440p monitors. Using a monitor with a lower resolution will make the UI unuseable. Go here for the 1080p version of this mod: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1862708730.

This UI is only meant to be used while observing games involving 3 to 8 players. When you go below this number it is best to use the 1v1 Observer UI 1440p: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1936251752. And going above 8 will result in the container for the ninth player to be bugged. We didn't think it was necessary to expand the UI to +8 players since such games rarely happen. And if they do you probably dont need an observer UI since it's just chaos :P.

Noteworthy changes compared to the default observer UI:

- All the tabs have been moved to the top left corner and are now mostly displayed horizontally instead of vertically.
- The resources / killed / lost tabs was too big to be displayed in this way. You can't for example see the current and total resources at the same time now. To solve this problem the button left of the button which cycles through the tabs is used to switch between 2 displays. If the box is unchecked (red) the current resources, units lost and units killed will be displayed. If the box is checked (green) the total resources, buildings lost and buildings killed will be displayed. Which means you can toggle what you want to see from the specific tabs. The text Buildings Killed and Buildings Lost was too big to be put in. Thus it only says Buildings now and you have to look at the tab name to see what it is indicating.
- The progress bar is hidden by default but you can switch it on with a new button. The "Loop" button is gone since it's useless.
- A lot of your UI elements are no longer visible since all those elements dont' work/don't serve a purpose while observing (like control groups).
- All the art is gone to grant you a better field of view.
- If you select the production tab while observing games with 7 or more players the production tab of players 5/6 will collide with those of players 7/8.
