Description
City Centers no longer gain +20 fortification points on level 2.

Districts award the city +40 fortification points on level 2 instead of 20.

Garths of Allayi award the city +50 fortification on level 2 instead of 20.

Militia XP per turn scales with game speed (thanks LeaderEnemyBoss).

Militia get faction-specific capacities. You can view them in the faction select screen.

Some fortification-related buildings (imperial kennels, materials hoard, medical center, bells and whistles) had their cost decreased by around 25%.

Strength of the Vault received the following changes (Thanks LeaderEnemyBoss for the values):
+1 militia
+50 fortification per district (no longer grants the flat +100 on city)
+5 fortification recovery per district
No upkeep cost

Classic fortification rules are recommended, though ELCP rules advantage the defender (mostly).

I had to integrate some code from FCF Citylords Lite to make them compatible. If you're using that mod, load this one after it.

I can confirm it works. Unit movement points are conserved due to SotV. It's pretty underwhelming imo so my version of SotV is buffed.

Actually, the ELCP Strength of the Vault effect appears to not be working, despite still appearing in the tooltip. Could be something else in the MP Collection, but I figured this is the most likely culprit.

Does this still keep the ELCP effect on Strength of the Vault that removes Teleportation movement cost?

They're not required, though I recommend Lite. Might not be compatible with Warlords.

Do you still need to use FCF Citylords Light mod or do you just need this mod with FCF CItylords?
