@shadow. Same mate, open in sandbox and edit your cash by clicking the money/debt. Type in your new balance. If you wanna play with sandbox off just save and restart with sandbox off in the options.

It's been a while since I last played. How can we get rid of the 1.4 Billion dollar debt that comes with this Mod the moment you start?

I am going to take this map and make the nyc subway lines and put in EVERY single neighborhood in the 5 boroughs. I'd want permission to release after too as well. But, right now its looking like a 6-8 month project. It'd be nice to see some nyc rolling stock in the mods section. Maybe an R32, R46, R160A,B or R68 idk.. throwing it out there :-)
