8sianDude's M9A1 + G19 - HUD Icon

Description
An icon for a Beretta and a Glock wielded in unison, at least if the player so chooses.
Use with 8sianDude's mismatched 9mm pistols. Aside from the icon (and the models, of course), the regular pistols are otherwise left untouched.
Tested in singleplayer. Since scripts are involved, it might be more complicated to use online.
