Scoot's Improved Rogue Servitors

Description
A mod to add some features to Rogue Servitors. May not be completely balanced.

Features:
-Allows enslavement and purging of bio pops.
-Allows the bio ascension path.
-Allows migration treaties with other bio empires (Currently only works if the player is the Servitor).

An update; turns out the problem is that the new 3.0 release of Gestalts Expanded; Hive Queens overrides the changes here.

The update to 3.0 appears to have broken the Migration Treaty options. I'd be desperately grateful for an update.

hi are there in game settings or maybe we can have a version without the enslavement and purging? that's real messed up.

Just so you know, for who would be curious, this mod doesn't overwrite any vanilla files, so it'd be compatible with almost any other mod.

I'd love to see a variant of this mod that only allows Bio Ascension. Enslaving and Purging seems out-of-character, and Migration Treaties would never be in the best interest of a non-RS polity.
