Nimble Ore Machine (N.O.M.)

A cheap but effective ground miner, inspired by the challenges of Splitsie's Survival Impossible scenario.

A single button raises and lowers the drills to dig against the rock face. With a little care and repetition, the lower digging position levels rough terrain very effectively (see later pics). Hotkeyed wheel strength allows adjustment for load, or to enable digging slightly downward. I still need to tweak the upper position for rapid right-click tunneling.

Includes 3 large + 2 medium cargo containers, 4 drills for considerable capacity. Solar panel plus h2 generators + hydrogen engine for keeping the single large battery charged. Vent-filled oxygen tank for thin atmospheres (fully connected: you can refill your bottles without leaving the cockpit). Two gyros in reserve for getting unstuck. Two timers and a program block for automation. Ore detector. Ejector system.

Has room for expansion. Useful customizations:
- additional drills on each side for a wider tunnel or road (and less interference with wheels)
- atmospheric thrusters for jet assist up steep hills when fully loaded
- rear connector (faster unload, charging)
- survival kit
- extra battery or hydrogen engine
- antenna or beacon
- rear defensive turret

Possible future revisions:
- scripted presets for wheel configurations and digging angles (and display)
