@$ерж is right cause i experienced the same thing, Lis is very small even when i'm using the "scale control" then it places the RootTransform to the wrong place which makes it difficult to move the model around

The model is very small, you need to spend a lot of time increasing it
Your own skeleton is also very inconvenient
