Avelia Liberty Power Fix

Description
Changes the Avelia Liberty's power car output to 6.4MW, matching the ACS-64s currenty in service. Tractive effort increased as well. A side effect of this is that the operating costs are increased, but I cannot stand the vanilla Avelia Liberty's pedestrian acceleration, so...there's that.

I can't find the real-life tech specs for the trainset online, so I used the ACS-64's power and tractive effort numbers here. The trainset is quite heavy compared to other high-speed trainsets so the extra power is somewhat need IMO.

Please do one for the ICE1 too, it has 2.5MW instead of the real life 6.4MW in vanilla.

That would be 8MW per power car then, good to know, IRJ doesn't specify that.

so i did a bit of digging things what need changing is the speed 350 km/hand not 300 it is in the us limited to that speed because the tracks and signal system cant handle faster

regards power you both are correct the version to the us with the limited to 186 mph has 9.280kw
but the version for 220 mph has the option for up to 3.4 per motor what brings it up to about 13600kw a lot of power for a train

Each power car is supposed to be 4MW according to International Rail Journal
