you need:

Wiremod
and
Collision Resizer (ENHANCED)
and
skeletons
and
Sub Material Tool
and
PAC3
and
tf2 (installed and mounted)
and
Ragdoll Resizer
and
Improved Weight

for this to work

place then unfreeze by looking at with physgun and pressing R
