Teleportation Mod

Description :
You can define 32 teleportation points. Each point will save the player location and the rotation (camera view angle). For each point, you can define a hotkey, an icon and a label (description). The description can contain 32 characters (max length = 32).

Tooltips :
- Left click : on empty slot to create a teleportation point
- Left click : on defined slot to teleport
- Right click : modify the icon and the description of teleportation point or delete it.
- Key "T" : open the teleportation book
- Key "T" or "Escape" : close/hide the teleportation book
- You can change the key to open or close teleportation book
- You can define a hotkey for each slot

Tooltips :
This is the second version of the mod. The first version is obsolete due to game patch.
This new version was made from scratch because the sources of first version was lost.
