Description
ベルト枠に付けることができるポンチョを追加します。
大体のポンチョは砂嵐を30%カットできます。

【入手方法】
■The HubのBartender
■BlackdesertcityのBartender
■WaystationのBartender
■UC領のCloth Shop,Adventure Shop

※現状、女性用12種類、男性用1種類となります。
女性用のポンチョを男性が着ても何も表示されません。逆もまた然り。
性能は今後調整する可能性があります。
