Cry of Fear VP70

Description
The VP70 ported from Cry of Fear
Contains a fully automatic version with the stock and a semi automatic version without a stock

I would make it burst fire if I could, maybe we'll get that option somewhere in the future.
Made the stockless version semi automatic with better handling since the fire selector is in the stock.

Sadly it just fires three shots like a shotgun, and the firing sound just has three gunshots in it. It's a kind of hacky way of doing it but I'd rather do it for real.
