Once it grabs a vehicle it can't be released unless:
1. You break the device.
2. You enter the code.

usage:

make sure the 6 front grabbers are in range with the vehicle and the 3 on the bottom are in range with the floor

how it works:

the 6 rangers grab the vehicle and the 3 under it grab the floor while a freezing part freezes the device in place making it extra hard to remove.
