Crew Name Diversity

Description
Tested with B128

This mod increases the pool of names for your crew members considerably. About 250 first names and 2000 last names have been added.

Note: This mod will not affect existing crew members in existing save games.

The names are based on the most common german names of soldiers in WWI according to GenWiki.

The names work in 2025.1 but the crew are all bakers and pharmacist's sons. :steamthumbsdown:

Hi @subashi, I changed the mod a little bit, so the default crew is no more a bunch of clones, also added different stories. Do you want to update your mod. If so, ow can I send the table to you?

If not, can upload it as independent mod (I still youse your list of names)?

This needs to be updated.

I found there are more categories up to for crew generated names, in the Crew.xlsx:

I have updated the mod to be compatible with B128. I had to remove the hyphenated names introduced in the previous version. I may readd them at a later date.
