If it's not already obvious enough, this is a JoJo reference. It's supposed to be one of the punchy Stands though it's certainly not the best replication due to there being one melee weapon in the game, which is treated as a very short-range gun by the code. When the day comes that melee weapon customization is enhanced, I'll update this mod to make it better!
