Disable reset walls

Description
This mod has a tweaked resetplayer.agen file set to do nothing. This will stop your car from resetting if you hit a reset wall or spectators.

Added the resetplayer_delay.agen file

Bugbear added a second reset file. I needed to tweak this one too.
