Changes the Covert Infiltration mission to work on any age of Primitive society.

Should conflict with no other mods (unless they change the Covert Infiltration mission)

Mod doesn't seem function anymore. As Author stated:

Well, they changed the way it works with the release of 3.7 and the First Contact Add-on

Thats exacxtly the mod I searched for! I hate to look the hole time to the planets so i don´t miss the phase...
