Description
Various tweaks to things I didn't like.

Power systems
Wind turbine -> Mid, difficult, fickle:
- Cost: 300 steel, 3 component
- Max power: 12kW based off of rough calculations in conjuction with: this MIT presentation[web.mit.edu]
- (This is 8kW internally because Wind Turbines are bovine fecal matter)
Wood generator -> Early, easy:
- Cost: 75 steel, 1 component
- Power: 3.2kW based on generic research
- 15 wood per day (boosted from 22/day)
- Can push temperature up to 650C
Geothermal -> End game, passive, powerful, expensive:
- Cost: 800 steel, 12 components
- Power: 45kW (given sizes and balance, location restrictions)
Batteries -> General buff, based on Lithium-Sulfur batteries as a theroetical base,
with 30 cm of plating and 1m x 1m x 2m dimensions (~646L).
- Stored power: 10kWd
- Efficiency: 85%
- Mass: 510 kg (♥♥♥♥'s heavy yo, 480kg cells + 30kg plating)
- Short circuit: less likely (1.2 ->; 0.4), minimum refire days increased (8 ->; 45)

Stack changes
- Compacted steel drops in chunks of 50 now (up from 40) to account for increased costs
- Slag melting returns 35 chunks now (up from 20)
- Bricks now stack to 200
- Meals now stack to 20
- Plant raw food stacks to 200 (6kg)
- Hay stacks to 2500 (35kg)

Cost changes
Moisture pump -> Speed boost paid for by smaller final size.
- Cost: 45 steel, 3 components (It's small + you have to move it around more)
- Reduced time to completion to 1 season
- Reduced final size to 4.9
Vent build cost reduced to 4 steel
Cooler build cost reduced: 90 steel -> 45
Cooler build cost increased: 3 steel -> 5

Factions
Civil factions now start between 0 and 30 opinion.
Rough factions now start between -10 and -40 opinion.
Outlanders (all) and rough tribes now start with two factions
Civil tribes now start with four factions.
(This change from previous versions was to reduce spam and hopefully get a performance boost)

Mod Related
IF INSTALLED: Centralized Climate Control
Wall vents cost reduced greatly: 50 Steel down to 2 steel (They're just open ducts yo)


IF INSTALLED: Extra Storage
- Clothing rack stack multiplier greatly increased: 10x to 40x to account for both squares and
two shelves per square.

IF INSTALLED: RT Fuse - Bring the fuses in line with the new battery values (3x batteries per fuse).
