Carlton centre is a 50 storey office building located in downtown Johannesburg, which features an observation deck on the 50th floor. It was the tallest building in Africa from its completion in 1974 until it was surpassed in 2018. It is one of the three iconic structures of the Johannesburg skyline. It is currently occupied by Transnet, a state owned transportation services company.

In-game, the building acts as a minor tourist attraction for lower class tourists and employs educated office workers.
