К сожалению, никак. Автор оригинального аддона ВНЕЗАПНО, спустя 6 лет решил поменять текстурки. Но есть альтернативный вариант, с ним скины работают: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1726529768
