Add Ice Fairies to stellaris and a special trait for them.
-Special trait now is Optional
-Generic Localisation for all Lenguages

Basically all of them are Cirno with different colors and sizes.

Hiya, you accidentally made a small typo for the music, you put "TouhouMetalTechno252" when it should have been "TouhouMetalTechno25"
That being said I love this mod its very nice.
