Then again, I:R's checksum being so stingy is also quite silly.
Oh well. I suppose I'll just have to stream the Children of the Nile and Pharaoh soundtracks whilst playing then.

Unfortunately not. For some silly reason, the developers thought it was a good idea to remove the music player that existed in previous titles (it was still sort of there, hidden in the UI's code somewhere, but they removed it entirely in one of the last few updates for some unknown reason).
If I have to use the console to skip to them, then they can't be heard in ironman mode despite the mod not chanignt he checksum. =<

Yes it does - just skip the music tracks to 3000-3018 using the console.
