metal chair in a landfill where does the spear stick out

The soda can is located behind the first teleporter. I still can't find the metal chair though

I haven't been able to find the soda can or the metal chair, those are the only two left I needed to find. I used noclip to re-check and check again, and I am still unable to find the items (I eventually gave up). Am I missing them somehow or are they non-existent? :os_niko:
