Description
After Dr. Simon Petrikov found the Crown it slowly corrupted him into the insane Ice King he is today


N Special - Ice King rains Ice Bolts on his opponents
F Special - Ice King shoots a bolt of powerful lightning
U Special - Ice King hovers using snow to boost himself up. Perform grounded or by pressing A to release a powerful, chargeable explosion
D Special - Ice King summons penguins to help him fight
