Nevermind, I found them on my own. For anyone else who is having issues and they have all the research completed, there are two scratching posts on the door frame to the information center. Hope it helps someone.

Is there any way you can tell me what you have unlocked for this? I have all the mechanics research done, and it's still locked as a blueprint. I've unsubscribed and resubscribed. Do you have some sort of animal research item in there or something?
