Description
only valid prior to V6.0

self-starting, produces ~300 power on ice, ~150 power on snow.

note: works best on top of ice
replacing water extractor with rotary pump will make it work on top of water

yes the schematic is now out of date in Version 6.0 and this particular built-type is no longer practical even if i were to update it.

Does not work in version 6.0. Cultivator requires 12 Water/s, Steam gen requires 6.
Water Extractor on Ice produces only 9 Water/s.
Unfortunately, there is no way to make this work on Ice in 6.0 without a lot more solar panels and water extractors.
