SV_Tarvos Alpha 11

Description
Hello, I updated the fantastic SV design Tarvos by neurosol :

I removed 2 RCS's added a single T2 single CPU, a ramp, a heavier rear door, a drone hatch and updated the windows to armored glass.
This little SV is cheap, has a great open cockpit, lots of windows and handles quite nice!

After playing Eden project almost entirely, i'm waiting for updates in the game to come back to Empyrion (probably alpha 12 or 13). space is so vast...
