Description
'Great states become empires, and empires require efficient administration lest
they fall apart.'
The ones who played EU III know that you could become an empreror in EU III.
It annoyed me that you can't become an Empire in EU IV and that is why I
created this mod. Almost everything is based on the original decision and
government form as EU III.

Every nation is allowed to become an Empire. You need atleast 35 cities (same as in EU III), that means that regions you are still colonizing dont add to this number.
You also need at least 25 cities, before you can even see this decision.

Important!
I changed the prestige bonus from 100 to 15, since 100 is a bit OP. I hope this was a good update, only time will tell.

Now also with German localisation.

Put both the folder and the 'music' file (it is actually a .txt document) in your documents/paradox interactive/mod folder.

It would be easily possible to add your country to the HRE, but that would also mean you are an actual member of the HRE, even if you are playing like the Ottomans or the USA... that is weird, so I won't add it in.

Hmm I wonder if you could make it so that the games of your country changes too for example to Austrian Empire or something like that and maybe so that when you click at the Imperial mapmode, it shows your empire.
