Adds Palau under Kuniwo Nakamura. Want a civ with useful one-tile-islands? This Micronesian civ is built to get the most out of the crystal clear waters of a tropical paradise.

UA: Chelbacheb - Coastal tiles adjacent to your Cities damage enemy units and, after researching Navigation, provide +1 Tourism.

UU: DMLE – Does not replace anything. A weak, non-submersible naval melee unit. Gains a defensive bonus in friendly territory (but is still weaker than contemporary naval units). +1 Science when stationed on Palauan coastal tiles and an additional +1 Food if that tile contains a source of Fish within working range of a city; however, the DMLE has a high maintenance cost. Does not upgrade or obsolesce.

UB: Scuba Resort - In addition to the effects of the Hotel, which it replaces: coastal tiles generate +1 Gold. +2 Tourism from atolls, fish, and luxury sea resources worked by this city. Must be built on the coast.
