The Disgraced Shek - New Start

Description
Just a simple start that I made for personal use.

"You lost your wits during your first battle, and hid beneath the bodies of your fallen comrades. Upon your return to Shek territory, you are branded a coward and stripped of your possessions. Starving and disgraced, you seek out redemption in the unforgiving wastelands.

*You start with no gear, no money, and in a "hungry" state. The Shek Kingdom no longer respects you, but you will not be attacked on sight. You will spawn in a random Shek Kingdom city. You will also start with all the "free" level 1 research (no book cost)*"

Thanks! I feel like they get left behind the other races in terms of popularity, so I wanted to give a proper start for them.
