I Like Trains Charger

Description
This charger likes trains. He likes them so much he wants to tell the survivors how MUCH he loves them. The only problem, this charger likes being the train.

*EDIT*

This mod changes several of the charger vocals to 'I like trains' and changes the charging sound to a train noise.
