Fast reading. Tested with the beta build IWBUMS. Balanced so fast and slow reader perks are still relevant, but you are no longer spending an absurd amount of time NOT PLAYING THE GAME.

This works in MP 41.68, I've been using it in hosted games with my friends.

I need to look into the older version and see if I need to rebuild. Perhaps this one just needs to remove IWBUMS from its name.

There might be a conflict with some other mods but Nuri is right, definitely try the unsubscribe and resubscribe to see if that resolves it for you.

With the values I have, on a 1-hour cycle it takes 5-6 IRL seconds to finish a Tier 1 book... sooooo yeah lol
