Oiyelys's Destruction Disintegration Removal and Replacer

Description
This mod removes disintegration from the Destruction Master specialization, due to its unpredictability. Instead, this mod adds the Unholy Blight, which is a 20 casting point battlefield enchantment. Unholy Blight gives a 40% blight weakness to all enemy devout, fey, or dedicated to good units. It also gives +4 blight damage to all friendly units that are not devout, fey, or dedicated to good.
