Metropolice Reimagined

There's not much to explain, there are two versions of the NPC and model, one has metrocop animations and the other has combine soldier animations. There is also a playermodel with c_hands. We put a decent amount of work into these models however, there may be updates if anything doesn't work or if any models need to be added, however, it is unlikely. I need to give some credit where it is due, so here it begins.
